My family and I have been going there about 45 years. Great food. Great service. Warm friendly.

One of my go to places when craving authentic Cuban food. Service is good, food is cheap and good size portions. Normally I always get the pollo a la plancha with rice and beans but today I tried the chicken sandwich. Really good, has tomato, lettuce, and crispy onion.

Hot chocolate was good churros were ok . THE Sandwich only had 1 slice of ham 1 of cheese 1 slice of pork And 1 croquet. Little taste and was prepared for someone on very strict diet or they're just really stingy

This restaurant has long been a staple of my city Hialeah. For as long as in can remember the food quality has remained the same throughout. If you're in the mood for a meal only your Mami can make then this place is the spot. Great good and great prices. Stepping into this place takes you back in time because the decor has never changed and in that spirit don't even trying paying with a card. Take cash or use their in house ATM.

The place has become shady. Menu shows specials of the day. With price. Later when you ask for the bill. Your given a different price for the item you ordered using the special of the day. I CALL THIS BAIT AN SWITCH. Will not recommend anymore and I myself will not visit , it's a shame , 20 yrs I've been a customer. No mas .

This place is WONDERFUL!!!! Gosh its a great feeling to go somewhere to have a great meal and extraordinary service.. Not to mention the owner Leo is friendly and easy going... The whole experience was unexpected and delightful.. Can't say enough about the staff.. Everyone and everything was on point...they even had relics from a bygone era of which makes you feel right at home.. DEFINITELY recommend this place.By the way they only accept CASH but if you dont have any on hand they do have an atm in house.

A regular for their fritas(Cuban hamburgers) often order their cooked food but every time the food is Luke warm instead of hot

This is my first time in this restaurant and I can tell I will be coming back for sure. The service was super fast, I ordered the specials for the day and by the speed I think it was already waiting for someone to order it. I am a little disappointed on the special pricing, the regular price is only 50 cents more but they do add an extra side. If you are the type of person that eats a lot you will have to order something to drink because the amount of food will make you feel satisfied but not full. Flavor of the food is awesome, makes you feel like is homemade.

Been whenever I am down in Hialeah. Good hot chocolate with churros. Daily specials is the way to go or get the Cuban sandwich, the large one.

Best vaca frita hands down especially when it's on special place only takes cash the service is not bad usually order the agua de hialeah la mejor and the prices are good

Went to get churros and hot chocolate.Churros had barely any sugar 1 of the 3 hot chocolates were missing and when she gave me the hot chocolate she gave it in a bag. No warning. Spilled everywhere.

Ordered two big steak sandwiches at the walk-up window. OMG they were so good. A good portion of meat and crispy little onions. The seasoning was fabulous. Tasty and a little hint of sweetness.

I was craving an acai bowl. Drove 3 miles west to Pembroke Gardens only to find out Sweet Blendz was not there. So I checked reviews on Yelp and read about Raw Republic, but that was to far. So I drove 3 miles east after seeing reviews on Raw Addiction. I have past this place may times. Well I had a skinny acai bowl and it was great, but it was missing chunks of mango.

I can't believe the prices here. Everything is so cheap! Really enjoyed the food.It's a cash only place.

I have been going to this place since I was a baby. That's over 20 years. Best Cuban food in Miami hands down. Beware they only take cash. I don't know if she still works there but ask for Celia she's been my go to waitress all my life she's been working there since day one. There's also Reina who's a phenomenal waitress. Keep up the good work Morro Castle.

Moro castle was the place to go for steak sandwiches when I was growing up on Hialeah. Restaurant was clean, service good and the sandwich was good just wished the pressed it to get bread hot. Yes go have food here is good. Support family businesses.

Breakfast in Hialeah is either a make it or break it thing. With this statement and after trusting our Google hunch device (ratings) we end up in Morro Castle. At the very get go they got 5 stars but, you must earn them. And they did it. This is how: Person acknowledge activated, no pressure, great menu options, lots of smiles, food on time and delicious, follow up, and then we met the owner Mr. Leo. A true and blue gentleman humble and imploding in knowledge of places and experience. However there was one item that captured our attention and was nothing more and nothing less than an original newspaper article framed for over 50 years of the Titanic. This alone was worth the experience. Not to mention the balance on the decoration and music. For these extraordinary points we are honored to see great Hialean places making a difference in the world service. Thx Leo!PS: Cash only. No worries they have an ATM

Missing this extremely authentic local eatery would be a sacrilege. Real Cuban food does NOT get any better than this... And you can't skip the mariquitas and the cafecito cubano (get it after you leave through the ventanita... more 4 less)... Cash only joint. ATM in house, just in case... Excellent staff... Clean but humble location. Trust me locals and tourist alike will agree: coming here is all about to experience the wonderful human connection, and the delicious food!

Best sandwiches around. Mariquitas, banana chips, were delicious. Can't go without churros and a milkshake. You can buy any amount of churros desired. Friendly staff.

If I was ever on death row, my final meal would be 2 fritas w/out onions, and a batido de trigo from Morro. This isn’t just a restaurant. This is a 2nd home to thousands of us.

Great food. Just really small. On a busy day it can be difficult to be seated right away. Other issue or complaint I have is no debit or credit card. Only cash!! Food is tasty, fresh, and has an old school feeling when you go inside.
